Using the service

Christmas Dance AI lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use policy

You may not upload photos or create, request or share videos that contain or promote any of the following:

Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive material or anything intended to sexualise a person.

Violence and gore: graphic violence, injury, self-harm, threats or glorifying violence.

Hate: content that attacks, demeans or harasses people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics, or that promotes hateful groups or symbols.

Child safety: any photo of a minor, and any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children (CSAM). We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Deepfakes and impersonation: using someone’s likeness without their consent, impersonating real people, celebrities or public figures, or presenting a generated video as real footage to mislead, defraud or harass.

Intellectual property: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including logos, brand characters and copyrighted characters you do not have the rights to use.

We review reported content and remove anything that breaks this policy. Violations can lead to removal of the content, blocking of the photo, suspension or closure of the account without a refund of used credits and, where required by law, a report to the authorities. AI models

Videos are made with two third-party AI models. First, Nano Banana 2 (Google’s Gemini image model) places the person from your photo into the first frame of the dance scene, and for Elf Dance also dresses them in the elf costume; then Kling 2.6 (by Kuaishou) animates that frame to follow the dance routine. Both run on their providers’ servers through our AI API provider and receive your photo only to render the video you request.

AI models can make mistakes. They may change the look of a face, hands or clothing, and we may switch to a comparable model to keep the service running; this section will be updated when we do.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal and social media purposes. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, whose terms also apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep your plan until then. Subscription credits are added once a month (yearly plans receive them month by month), expire at the end of that month and do not roll over.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
