The render failed

A render can fail when the model cannot find one clear face, when the photo breaks our rules (minors, nudity, celebrities or public figures) or when an AI provider has a temporary problem. In every case the credits go back to your balance automatically and My videos shows “Credits refunded”.

Try again with a different photo. If the same photo fails twice, it is very likely the photo.

The face does not look like you

The model needs to see your eyes, nose and mouth clearly. Faces turned to the side, small in the frame, in dim light or under heavy beauty filters lose the most likeness. Use a recent, sharp photo taken facing the camera in daylight, and avoid sunglasses, masks and hats pulled low.

The body, hands or outfit look strange

The routine moves the whole body, so the model has to guess anything the photo does not show. A head-and-shoulders crop, crossed arms, objects in your hands or very loose clothes give it the most to invent. A full-body or waist-up photo with relaxed arms works best.

Group photos are the other common cause: with several people in the frame, the model may mix them up. Crop the photo to one person.

The render is taking a long time

Most videos finish in 2–8 minutes depending on the length and the queue, which is longest in the evenings before Christmas. You can close the page; the video keeps rendering and waits in My videos. A render that has not finished after 45 minutes is stopped and its credits are refunded.

The photo will not upload

Uploads must be JPG, PNG, WebP files up to 10 MB. HEIC photos from some phones need to be saved as JPG first; most phones can do this from the share menu.

Still stuck?

Contact support with the video ID from My videos. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example corrupted or missing the face, we restore the credits after review.
